1. Who we are
BidWall operates a public bid wall and optional side banner placements at bidwall.top. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
- Bid submissions: project name, website URL, logo, bid amount, and a meta description fetched from your site
- Payments: handled by Razorpay — we store order IDs, payment status, and amounts, not full card details
- Analytics: aggregated page visits, online presence sessions, and project click counts
- Banner bookings: site name, URL, logo, and ad copy you provide for side placements
- Technical: IP address may be used for rate limiting and fraud prevention on bid APIs
3. How we use data
- Display qualifying projects on the wall, leaderboard, and analytics sections
- Process payments, refunds, and banner bookings
- Operate live stats and improve reliability
- Enforce terms and prevent abuse
4. Public information
Project names, logos, websites, bid amounts, and descriptions are shown publicly when your bid qualifies. Side banner content is also public. Do not submit data you want kept private.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage for analytics session IDs and visit counting so live stats work without accounts. Razorpay may set cookies during checkout.
6. Third parties
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Turso / hosting providers — database and infrastructure
- Vercel — application hosting
7. Retention
Bid and payment records are kept as needed for operations, refunds, and legal compliance. Analytics counters are retained in aggregate form.
8. Your rights
You may request correction or removal of project listings where technically feasible. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting. Contact us via the email on our advertising page.
9. Security
We use industry-standard hosting and payment partners. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
