1. Overview

BidWall is an independent project discovery platform. By using the site, placing a bid, or purchasing a side banner, you agree to these terms.

BidWall is an independent project discovery platform. Bids represent digital placement and community participation only. They do not represent ownership, investment, guaranteed returns, or financial securities.

2. Bid wall placements

  • Bids grant digital placement on the public wall when your bid ranks among the top 100 active bids.
  • Bids are not investments, securities, or ownership stakes. There are no guaranteed financial returns.
  • When the wall is full, higher bids displace lower bids. Outbid participants receive refunds per our Refund Policy.
  • Project name, logo, website, bid amount, and fetched site description may be shown publicly.

3. Side banner advertising

  • Side banners are sold by row: top at ₹1,50,000, middle at ₹1,25,000, bottom at ₹1,00,000 per slot per 30 days (left and right each have one slot per row).
  • Annual placement: ₹9,00,000 for 12 months on any available side banner slot.
  • Banner links are published as do-follow unless required otherwise by law or platform policy.
  • We may reject, pause, or remove banner content that is misleading, illegal, or harmful to users.
  • Banner fees are generally non-refundable once a slot goes live.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. You are responsible for accurate billing details. Failed or abandoned checkouts may leave bids in a pending state until completed or expired.

5. Refunds

Outbid wall placements are refunded via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

  • No fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal projects or ads
  • No attempts to manipulate rankings through fake payments or abuse
  • No scraping or automated abuse of site APIs beyond normal use

7. Limitation of liability

BidWall is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party site content linked from the wall or banners. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected placement in the prior 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material pricing changes for new purchases will be reflected on the site.
