Refund Policy

Wall bid refunds

When your bid is outbid and removed from the BidWall wall, we initiate a refund of your bid payment via Razorpay. Refunds are idempotent — each payment is refunded at most once.

Refund status progresses: OUTBID → REFUND_PENDING → REFUNDED. We only mark refunds complete when Razorpay confirms processing, typically within 5–7 business days.

Failed or duplicate payments

If payment was captured but your bid was not activated, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID within 7 days. If checkout was cancelled, no charge should apply; any accidental debit will be reversed per Razorpay timelines.

Side banner advertising

Monthly banner fees are generally non-refundable once a slot goes live. Annual banner bookings (₹9,00,000 / 12 months) are non-refundable once the year-long placement starts, unless we cancel the placement or fail to deliver the agreed slot.
